Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Subsequently you will be transferred to our secure payment partner Protx to process your card payment details.

We accept credit and debit card payments from Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and Solo.

If you are shopping from outwith the UK please contact us directly for further details. Likewise if you would like a purchase to be delivered outwith the UK please contact us to establish cost of post and packing.

When an e-mail confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Delivery Options All orders will be dispatched via First Class Royal Mail for which there is a standard postage, packing and insurance charge of £3.95.
All orders within the Campbeltown area (Postcode PA28) will be hand-delivered free of charge.
All orders within Europe will be dispatched via Airmail for which there is a standard postage, packing and insurance charge of £5.95.
Delivery Schedule We will process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. If an item is found to be out of stock you will receive an e-mail notifying you of when it will be back in stock. All out of stock items will generally be re-stocked within 7-14 days. All orders will be delivered via First Class Royal mail.

International orders will be dealt with on an individual basis - please e-mail for further details.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and you will be advised of when the item will be back in stock. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All of our children's clothing products fall in line with Inland Revenue guidelines and are VAT zero rated. VAT at 17.5% is included on all other products. Please refer to www.inlandrevenue.gov.uk for further details.

Unfortunately postage costs cannot be refunded unless the goods are found to be faulty.
