We want you to be happy with your purchase from Rosy Cheeks. We offer a 14 day no quibble full refund/exchange guarantee. Just return it to us unused, in re-saleable condition, in the original undamaged packaging and we will refund you. If the goods are faulty you may request an exchange or a refund. Unfortunately postage costs cannot be refunded unless the goods are found to be faulty.

Personalised Canvases
Please ensure that you enter the name and date accurately when ordering a Personalised Canvas as we cannot accept returns due to customer errors.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed to notify you if an item is out of stock and will be kept fully informed of when you can expect delivery. All out of stock items will generally be re-stocked within 14 days.
