Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. All orders will be dispatched via First Class Royal Mail for which there is a standard charge of £3.95 for postage, packing and insurance for deliveries within the UK, and £5.95 for deliveries to other parts of Europe. Any delay caused by an item being out of stock will be notified to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
All orders within the local Campbeltown area (UK Postcode PA28 only) will be hand-delivered free of charge.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Rosy Cheeks. We offer a 14 day no quibble full refund/exchange guarantee. Just return it to us unused, in re-saleable condition, in the original undamaged packaging and we will refund you. If the goods are faulty you may request an exchange or a refund. Unfortunately postage costs cannot be refunded unless the goods are found to be faulty.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed to notify you if an item is out of stock and will be kept fully informed of when you can expect delivery. All out of stock items will generally be re-stocked within 14 days.
